About Your Coach

I’ve been where you are. For years, social anxiety made me overthink every word, avoid social events, and second-guess myself at work.

That personal struggle inspired me to dedicate my academic and professional life to understanding communication, confidence, and self-esteem. I earned my Ph.D. in Communication, focusing my research on social anxiety and the ways people can learn to connect more fully with others.

Now, after 20+ years of teaching, I bring both personal understanding and academic expertise to help adults like you move from anxious to authentic.
