Why I Work With Fitness Pros

As a professor for the past 20+ years and a yoga/pilates instructor for the past five, I’ve spent much of my life in front of audiences — large classrooms, workshops, conferences. But I also know how terrifying it can feel when anxiety takes the spotlight.
Fitness professionals have unique challenges: cueing clearly, motivating groups, and showing up confidently on camera or in class. That’s where I come in.
