With 22 years of experience in teaching communication and studying anxiety and connection, plus extensive training in trauma-informed yoga and wellness, Rebecca brings a unique blend: high-level understanding of what it’s like to do a lot— and deep expertise in how the body holds what the brain keeps doing.
