Most people who come to Sattva feel physically tight, mentally overextended, or stuck in a constant state of “on.”
Our work begins with the body — because when the body feels safer, the nervous system can begin to settle.
At Sattva, we specialize in one-on-one assisted stretching as a gentle, effective way to release stored tension and support regulation — without performance, forcing, or overwhelm.
For clients who want ongoing support, we also offer Reiki, mindfulness coaching, and private and workplace yoga -- available online or in-person.
