These practices were created for real moments — when your mind is loud, your body feels tense, or your system needs help settling.
You don’t need to complete everything or watch these videos in order.  

I recommend watching the introduction, and then skipping to whichever video seems most suitable for how you feel right now - a list of each video's purpose can be found below.
