What You'll Experience

These classes blend gentle movement, supported postures, breathwork, and short guided rest. You’ll learn practical tools to down-shift your nervous system—during class and in daily life.

🌿 Purposeful, gentle movement to release tightly held tension in neck, shoulders, jaw and      back (common in high-performers)

💨  Simple breath and calming techniques to quiet racing minds and reduce overwhelm

🪑  Deep rest and grounding practices tailored for women who worry about staying productive even while “relaxing

* Optional addition of guided Yoga Nidra — the “power-nap” of yoga — to reset your nervous system, support better sleep, and restore emotional balance

You’ll leave with mini-tools you can use instantly — at your desk, before a meeting, or any time your “doing” brain needs to shift into “being”.

Why This Works for Women Who Struggle to Slow Down

🧠 Train your mind to notice your tension → soften your hold → re-center your focus, even in high-stakes moments
🌙  Shift from constant fight/flight (go-mode) to genuine rest/restore
meditation
🌀 Unclench your shoulders, jaw, and back — the silent armor of those who strive and deliver
◉ Slow the breath, soften the heart, and give your nervous system permission to come off high alert

FAQ

I’m new to yoga—will I be okay?
Absolutely. We move gently and offer options for every body.

Do I need special props?
We provides props for in-person classes; at home, I'll guide you through using what you have around your home instead. No need to buy anything new!

I’m always “doing” and find it hard to slow down — will this class actually help?
Yes. While many yoga classes focus on poses, this one is built specifically for women whose minds are racing, whose to-do lists are long, and whose bodies feel tense from non-stop activity. We go at your pace, use tools you can borrow for everyday life, and avoid any “guru-vibe” pressure.

What if I feel anxious during class?
We normalize it. You’ll learn simple resets, and you’re free to rest anytime.

Online or in-person?
Both—choose what helps you feel most comfortable.
