Reiki is simple and non-invasive.
You’ll stay fully clothed, settle into a comfortable space (in-person or online), and receive gentle energy work tailored for a system that’s been running on overdrive. The session supports the gradual release of built-up stress, eases emotional tension, and allows your nervous system to slow down.

1. What if I don't live in Pittsburgh, or don't have time to come to the studio?
No problem! I understand your schedule is packed — that’s why I offer distance Reiki, to bring calm to your day, even if you’re between meetings or traveling. You'll still receive all the benefits an in-person session would provide from the comfort of your own home.
2. Do I need to do anything to prepare?
No special preparation is needed. Just wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind. You don’t have to believe in Reiki for it to work—you only need to be willing to relax.
3. Will I feel anything during the session?
Some people feel warmth, tingling, or waves of relaxation. Others simply notice a sense of peace and calm. Every person’s experience is unique, and all are valid.
4. Is Reiki safe?
Yes. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works alongside any other wellness or medical treatment. It’s not a replacement for medical care, but many clients find it complements their overall healing.
5. How many sessions will I need?
Some clients notice benefits after just one session—better sleep, less stress, improved mood. Others find ongoing sessions helpful for continued balance and stress relief.
6. What if I don’t feel anything?
