These sessions support focus, emotional regulation, and stress resilience — without pushing productivity or performance. This isn’t another wellness initiative to “do better.” It’s a practice in sustainable calm.
Meet Your Teacher
Rebecca DiVerniero, Ph.D., is the founder of Sattva Yoga & Wellness and specializes in nervous system–informed support for individuals and teams navigating high-demand environments. Her work blends gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness with a trauma-informed, evidence-aware approach designed to assist in regulation, focus, and emotional resilience.
Relevant background:

Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication with a focus on how people experience stress, anxiety, and self-regulation in social and relational contexts — and how communication patterns either escalate or soothe those experiences.

500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with 5 years experience

Experience facilitating groups and guiding individuals through stress-reduction practices

Payment terms: invoice Net 14 (card/ACH).

Cancellations: 24+ hrs = no fee; same-day = 100% (room/time is reserved).
