My own path through anxiety has shown me the power of mindfulness. When my thoughts raced and my body felt tense, mindfulness gave me an anchor — a way to pause, breathe, and come back to the present moment.
Alongside my Ph.D. in Communication, I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500) and Reiki practitioner, and I’ve spent years studying how mind-body practices reduce anxiety and build resilience.
In Mindfulness Coaching, I share these tools in a structured way, blending science-backed mindfulness techniques with compassionate coaching. This program is not about eliminating anxiety — it’s about learning how to meet it with calm awareness, so you can live with greater balance and confidence.
