Service Description
If you carry stress in your body — tight hips, jaw tension, stiff back, clenched shoulders — this session is for you. These gentle, hands-on stretch sessions are designed especially for high-achieving women who live in “go-mode,” often without realizing how much their body is holding. You’ll be guided through slow, supported stretches that help: Ease nervous-system tension (not just tight muscles) Improve mobility and posture Release the “stress armor” high performers often carry Create space to breathe, soften, and reset This isn’t intense stretching or “push deeper” flexibility work. It’s calm, mindful, and deeply restorative — a chance to exhale and feel supported instead of doing it all yourself. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, more grounded, and more relaxed in your body and mind. In-person only — private home studio in Etna (North Hills).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the start time with no penalty. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a session credit.
