If your mind never stops — even when you’re supposed to be relaxing — this session is for you. 1:1 Yoga for Busy Minds is a private, personalized experience designed for women who spend their days doing — thinking, leading, caring, planning — and find it almost impossible to slow down. These sessions combine gentle, restorative movement, mindful breathwork, and evidence-informed relaxation techniques to help you unwind both body and mind. You won’t be asked to push, perform, or “keep up.” Instead, we move slowly and intentionally, releasing the tension stored in your shoulders, hips, and jaw while teaching your nervous system that rest is safe. Each session meets you exactly where you are — whether you need grounding after a hectic day, gentle mobility to release physical stress, or quiet space to reconnect with yourself. This practice isn’t about flexibility or fitness goals. It’s about creating a steady rhythm that lets your system reset and your breath deepen — so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more present. Sessions are completely customized and may include: • Gentle, supportive postures and slow movement • Breath techniques to quiet racing thoughts • Mindfulness cues to bring awareness back to the present moment • Optional guided relaxation or brief Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation) • Modifications for comfort, injury prevention, and energy level What to expect: You’ll have space to arrive, settle, and move at a pace that feels natural. I’ll guide you step-by-step through calming postures, stretches, and grounding practices designed to ease tension and activate your body’s natural rest-and-restore response. No yoga experience is needed — just comfortable clothing and an open mind. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the start time with no penalty. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a session credit.
