This option is designed for people who want personalized movement support but don’t have the schedule for live sessions. Custom Movement Programming provides you with a 30-minute workout, created specifically around your goals, movement history, and any injury considerations. Programs blend yoga-inspired mobility, functional stretching, and Pilates-informed stability work to support joint health, recovery, and long-term strength. Each workout includes: A clearly structured 30-minute routine Thoughtfully selected movements tailored to your needs YouTube video links for form reference Simple guidance on frequency, pacing, and pain boundaries This format works especially well for individuals who: Train regularly and want better mobility and joint support Are recovering from or managing past injuries Prefer flexibility and independence over scheduled appointments Want expert-informed structure without live coaching This is an asynchronous service, meaning there are no live meetings or real-time form checks. The focus is on intelligent programming, not ongoing coaching or messaging. If you’d like feedback, adjustments, or hands-on guidance, live private sessions are available separately. Programs are designed to be joint-friendly, conservative, and adaptable, prioritizing control, awareness, and sustainable movement over intensity or performance metrics. Nothing is forced, and movements are selected to support—not override—your body’s signals. It’s a simple, consistent way to receive personalized movement support that fits into a busy schedule. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the start time with no penalty. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a session credit.
