Sound Healing
Experience the Healing Power of Sound

Sometimes the most restorative thing we can do is simply pause.
Sound healing is a deeply relaxing practice that uses the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other carefully selected instruments to create an environment where your body and mind can slow down.

Unlike many wellness practices, there is nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive the experience.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful hour to yourself, a unique experience to share with loved ones, or a complement to your existing wellness routine, sound healing offers an opportunity to disconnect from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a relaxation practice in which participants rest comfortably while listening to live acoustic instruments.

During each session, I use crystal singing bowls, a 32-inch gong, and other sound instruments to create layers of soothing sound that gently fill the space. Rather than following a specific melody or rhythm, the sounds naturally ebb and flow, inviting your attention away from daily stress and toward the present moment.

Many people describe leaving a sound bath feeling deeply relaxed, mentally quieter, and refreshed. Every experience is unique, and there is no "right" way to experience a session.
Potential Benefits
While each person's experience is different, many participants report:

-
Deep relaxation

Reduced feelings of stress

-
Feeling more grounded
-
An opportunity to unplug from daily distractions
-
A renewed sense of balance and well-being

Sound healing is intended to support relaxation and overall wellness and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Sound healing is appropriate for beginners and experienced participants alike.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily.
Will I be lying on the floor?
Most participants choose to lie comfortably on a yoga mat, although you are welcome to remain seated if that is more comfortable for you.
Can I fall asleep?
Absolutely. Many people drift into a deeply relaxed state or briefly fall asleep during a session.
Is sound healing the same as meditation?
Not exactly. While many people find sound healing meditative, there is no expectation that you'll quiet your mind or meditate in a particular way. Simply relaxing and listening is enough.
Is sound healing right for me?
If you enjoy yoga, Reiki, massage, meditation, or simply taking time to slow down, sound healing may be a wonderful addition to your wellness routine.
